The Galileo Early Enrollment Sale lets you purchase camp enrollment weeks for next year to lock in another summer of innovation, friendship and fun. Other benefits include:

• Best prices: At over $100 off per week (based on 2025 pricing for K-8 programs non-holiday weeks), Presale pricing is guaranteed to be the lowest of the season. And when you buy more, you can save more: $25 off every week after the first and an additional $100 off when you purchase six weeks or more.
• First choice of dates and locations: Early Enrollment purchasers get first pick of Camp Galileo dates and locations during our Priority Enrollment Period, before we open enrollment to the general public—and before waitlists start forming.
• Risk Free: Early Enrollments are fully refundable until January 31, 2025.

Early Enrollment for 2025 summer camp runs from July 29, 2024 – September 30, 2024.

You will lock in unbelievable camp prices for your 2025 camp weeks and get to schedule those weeks before everyone else! That means you’ll have your first choice of projects, locations and sites before waitlists start to form.

Early Enrollment is valid for summer 2025 camp sessions ONLY. You will have the opportunity to add morning and afternoon extended care when you enroll for an additional fee, or at a later date, subject to availability. When it comes time to select your project(s) and location(s), an additional supply and materials fee may be required for certain Meteor age group camp sessions.

Yes! We are happy to offer our Pay Over Time plan for Early Enrollment purchases of $1,200 or more in the same transaction. Just select the Pay Over Time option at checkout and spread out your purchase over four payments.

25% of your total will be due at the time of purchase, followed by three equal, interest-free payments collected on the 15th of the three consecutive months.

Yes, you can bundle AM, PM, or both AM and PM extended care with your early enrollment purchase. However, if you decide later that you do not need extended care, we cannot refund just the extended care; the entire session will be refunded in full (if prior to February 1, 2025 in accordance with our cancellation policy), as our system does not allow prorated refunds. You will then need to repurchase the session at the market price.

Or, you can purchase only camp sessions during the Early Enrollment sale and add extended care when you select your camp dates and location during the Priority Enrollment period. The pricing for extended care remains the same throughout the season and is not discounted during Early Enrollment. If you’re unsure about needing extended care, the easiest thing to do is to add it to your purchase later on.

Once you purchase your Early Enrollment weeks, you will receive a confirmation email and your purchase(s) will be viewable in your Galileo account page. When Priority Enrollment opens in December, we’ll let you know it’s time to schedule your camp weeks and provide instructions on how to lock in your choices.

Early Enrollment customers get priority access to select their camp sessions ahead of everyone else during our Priority Enrollment Period.

After the Priority Enrollment period ends, you can still select camp sessions at any time throughout the 2025 camp season, subject to availability. At many locations, waitlists form quickly, so we suggest you act fast.

Not yet. You can buy (and save on!) next summer’s camp weeks through September 30, 2024, but you’ll choose your camp dates and locations during our Priority Enrollment period in December. We’ll provide more information about Priority Enrollment timing later this year.

We’re currently working to confirm our 2025 camp locations and will share those details as soon as they are available–we plan to have options for most of the communities we served in 2024. However, if you can’t find a location that works for you, you may cancel for a full refund by January 31, or at any point if there is not a location within 10 miles of the preferred community you indicated during your Early Enrollment purchase.

Families that have purchased camp weeks during our Early Enrollment sale can use them for any session during the 2025 camp season and have the flexibility of canceling for a full refund anytime until January 31, 2025, no questions asked. See our Terms of Purchase for more details.

We recommend you buy enough weeks for all of the children in your family that you would like to attend camp for the number of weeks each one will attend. For example, if you have two children and want them to attend four weeks each, you would purchase eight weeks of camp (and receive $275 in discounts!).

Our Early Enrollment sale looks to reward families for choosing Galileo as part of their summer plans almost a year in advance by giving them the BEST DEAL OF THE YEAR–$100+ savings off a standard 2025 camp session week.

Because we believe that learning from our curriculum builds on week-on-week, we also offer families a multi-week discount of 25 off every week after the first. And if that were not enough, families purchasing 6 weeks of camp during our Early Enrollment sale receive an additional $100 off their total.

With such amazing deals on offer, purchasing camp weeks during our Early Enrollment sale is a great deal and is therefore not eligible for or combinable with any other Galileo offers or discount codes.
