Amelia is a somewhat newbie to camp life. She started working at a camp at 19 years old and hasn't spent a summer without it since! Before coming to Galileo she led camps in Los Angeles and the Bay area for 5 years. Amelia has a B.A. in Media Studies from U.C. Berkeley (Go Bears!) and a M.A. in Teaching from Pepperdine University. She is a second grade teacher and spends her weekends in the sun by running, biking, and hiking all over California. Amelia's favorite part of camp is getting to connect with campers and staff to inspire, create, and pursue new possibilities.
