Palo Alto Summer Camp

Our Palo Alto summer camp provides unmatched opportunities for kids to grow, create and collaborate in unique ways. Every week at Camp Galileo, campers embark on an exciting and unique adventure, including STEAM and traditional camp activities.

The summer program at Camp Galileo in Palo Alto is designed to foster creativity, learning skills, and social skills among all campers from ages K-8th grade. We segment our day camp into 4 age groups to match kids with similar ages and skill level to maximize their comfort and experience during their summer camp session.

An Award-Winning Camp in Palo Alto

As a parent, we know deciding on a summer camp for your child can be extremely difficult. At Galileo, we believe in nurturing curiosity, developing creative problem-solving skills and fostering teamwork during each camp session. Our goal at Camp Galileo is to merge exploration, learning and pure fun to create an unforgettable experience for our campers during their summer day camp sessions . We give kids the opportunity to delve into get-your-wiggles-out outdoor games, combined with mind-expanding group and individual projects, like building robotic arms or handcrafting tilt-a-whirls. Every camper will find activities and projects of interest and will create lasting memories with new friends.

One of the most significant advantages of attending summer camp is the opportunity for children to learn new skills and make new friends. Building friendships at camp not only brings immense joy but also cultivates essential social skills, such as cooperation, negotiation and effective communication. As campers form bonds with their peers, they gain confidence, preparing them to navigate the real world once their time at camp has ended.

At Galileo, our top priority is providing a memorable experience that fosters creativity, perseverance and innovation. The Galileo Innovation Approach engages campers’ inquisition, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
