Check-In & Check-Out Instructions

Check-in will occur inside the St. Mary School courtyard. On Monday, please park and accompany your camper to check-in through the gate on Bean Ave. On Tuesday-Friday, we will offer curbside drop-off. Families will enter the curbside drop-off on Bean Ave and continue through to exit off Victory Lane. For check-out, we offer curbside pick-up. Please enter the campus via Bean Avenue to pick up your camper.

Check-In & Check-Out Timing

For safety reasons and in order to maintain appropriate distancing, Check-In and Check-Out will be staggered. Families will check in/out during their assigned window, according to their last name. We ask that families adhere as much as possible to their Check-In window. *If you are responsible for multiple campers in different windows, please use the earlier window to drop off and pick up all campers if possible.

We require a parent or guardian to Check-in with campers on Monday. Shortly after Monday morning Check-in, you will receive an email detailing what to expect in the week ahead.

Tuesday-Friday, check-in will be from 8:45-9 and we will offer curbside drop off at all camps

On Monday, please park in St Mary’s Church parking lot (corner of Bean Ave and Tait Ave), or Los Gatos public parking off of Main St, behind Santa Cruz Avenue. Ample street parking is also available along Main St, Lyndon Ave, and Tait Ave. Kindly respect our neighbors at Mint Gym and avoid their marked parking spaces.
