Winnetka Camp Information

| Check-In/Out Information

Check-in Instructions

For Monday check-in, please park and walk your kids to our check-in tables in the north corner of the Parish parking lot off Tower Road between 8:30-9:00am. Look for Galileo signs to help direct you. We require a parent or guardian to check-in campers on Monday.

On Tuesday-Friday, we'll offer parking lot drop-off in the Parish parking lot from 8:45-9:00am. Please follow the cones and watch for staff to help direct you. Staff will greet you at your car and walk your kids to check-in. If you need extra time to get out of your car for any reason, please plan to park.

Check-out Instructions

Check-out begins at 3:00pm. During check-out, please use parking lot check-out by driving carefully into the Parish parking lot off Tower Road. All cars should have their Galileo dashboard name tag on display that you will receive at Monday check-in. As cars approach, we will notify our staff to bring out your camper to your car. For safety reasons, please have your photo ID ready. Drivers should remain in their cars and should not be on their cell phone during the pick-up process.

When raining, campers will be in the parish hall, and the pick-up process will likely take longer. Please be patient!

| Parking Information

Limited parking is available in the church parking lot located just east of the Sacred Heart parish offices at 1077 Tower Road. Street parking is also available on Gage Street and Green Bay Road.
