Check-in Instructions
Always enter the parking lot and drop-off area via W. Park Street. The Church and School will be on your right.
On Mondays, please park in the center of the lot, and walk your camper to our check-in tables in front of the green space between the church and the school between 8:30-9:00am. We require a parent or guardian to check-in campers on Monday.
On Tuesday – Friday, we will use curbside check-in from 8:45-9:00am. Please enter via W. Park Street, and pull up to our check-in tables near the green space. On all days, you will exit the lot via W. Park Street.
Check-out Instructions
Check-out begins at 3:00pm.
During check-out, please use curbside check-out. Enter the school property the same way you do for check-in via W. Park, and pull carefully up to our check-out tables. All cars should have your Galileo dashboard name tag on display that you will receive at check-in. As cars approach, we will notify our staff to bring out your camper to your car for pick-up.
Please have your Photo ID ready for our staff. For safety reasons, drivers are to remain in their cars and should not be on their cell phone during the pick-up process.
Extended Care Instructions
If your child is attending Extended Care, please park and come to our check-out table to check your camper out as we may be inside if it is hot.
If it is raining, please be patient and expect that the check-in and check-out process will take longer than normal.
