My son was creatively engaged by this seasonal card-making class. He enjoyed creating his own "combo animal" and being recognized for his creativity. As always, the Galileo teachers are top notch!

What You'll Do

Warm your favorite people’s hearts with a cleverly constructed card. Practice paper folding and symmetrical cutting to craft a card shaped like any character you choose, complete with arms that open wide to reveal a merry message. Use simple shapes to embellish your creation with unique snowflake designs and BE VISIONARY to bring every imaginative detail to life. Deliver your one-of-a-kind greeting to someone special for a hearty helping of end-of-year cheer.

Note: This class puts a wintry twist on our Character Cards. If your child took that class in the fall, they’ll have a chance to keep building on the skills they learned, plus make a new card for a new season. While we offer a similar class for younger kids, the pacing and content of this class is carefully calibrated for 2nd – 3rd graders.
