What You'll Do

Construct a delectable castle designed for a graham cracker family and decorated for winter. Learn sweet, sturdy building techniques to create strong 3D shapes from graham cracker pieces fortified with frosting. BE VISIONARY as you dream up creative ways to add festive details with candy, like snow people in the yard or a string of lights along the roof. Complete your creation with a cracker character to represent each of your family members, then display them throughout your eatable abode.

Note: This class puts a wintry twist on our Sweet Castles. If your child took that class in the fall, they’ll have a chance to keep building on the skills they learned, plus make a new castle for a new season. While we offer a similar class for younger kids, the pacing and content of this class is carefully calibrated for 2nd – 3rd graders.
