What You'll Do

Construct a delectable castle designed for a graham cracker family and decorated for spring. Learn sweet, sturdy building techniques to create strong 3D shapes from graham cracker pieces fortified with frosting. BE VISIONARY as you dream up creative ways to add spring-inspired details with candy, like a bed of blooming flowers or a family of bunnies. Complete your creation with a cracker character to represent each of your family members, then display them throughout your eatable abode.

Note: This class puts a springtime twist on our Sweet Castles. If your child took that class in the fall or winter, they’ll have a chance to keep building on the skills they learned, plus make a new castle for a new season.

While we offer a similar class for older kids, the pacing and content of this class is carefully calibrated for 1st graders.
