Why purchase during the Galileo pre-sale?
The Galileo pre-sale is exclusively open to families who were enrolled at Camp Galileo during the summer of 2022 and allows you to pre-purchase 2023 camp weeks at unbelievable prices.
Pre-sale purchasers will be given exclusive access to pick dates a full week before enrollment opens to the general public. And we have great news—Camp Galileo will return to the Odyssey School next year!
Once you purchase weeks during pre-sale, you’ll be sent a confirmation email which will have a code. When enrollment opens, we’ll send you an email, and you can use this code to redeem your camp weeks.
When is the 2023 Camp Galileo pre-sale?
Pre-sale for 2023 summer camps runs from September 12, 2022 through September 25, 2022, unless we sell out the pre-sale spots first.
What comes with my 2023 camp pre-purchase?
You’ll lock in our unbelievable camp prices for your 2023 camp weeks! You’ll also get to register for camp before everyone else. That means you can lock in your first choice of locations, dates and curriculum before waitlists start to form.
Interested in purchasing Extended Care?
We’re still working on Extended Care details for 2023 but rest assured, it will be easy to add Extended Care to your pre-sale purchase once it’s available. We’ll reach out to you once 2023 Extended Care is available for purchase.
When can I enroll if I purchase camp weeks during Pre-sale?
You can enroll at any time throughout the 2023 camp season. And don’t worry—you’ll never lose your pre-sale value! After our 2023 camp season ends, the full amount you paid during pre-sale will be available in your customer portal to be applied to any future Galileo program.
The pre-sale enrollment window will be open a full week before enrollment opens for the general public. That’s when you’ll get a sneak peek at what’s in store for 2023 and the opportunity to get first pick of camp locations and dates!
Can I sign up for specific dates, locations and curriculum when I pre-purchase?
Not yet. You can buy (and save on) 2023 weeks of camp through September 25, 2022. You can choose your preferred dates during your exclusive registration period later this year.
Once dates are locked in, if you are unable to find a week that works for you, you may request a full refund of your pre-purchased camp weeks.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds?
Families that have pre-purchased camp weeks can use them for any week during the 2023 camp season to retain their discount pricing (although the purchase value of Pre-Season Sale weeks does not expire).
If you are unable to find a location that works for you once registration opens and are not able to use your codes, you may request a full refund for your pre-purchased weeks. Once you’ve scheduled your camp weeks and applied the codes, our standard transfer and refund policies apply.
I have multiple children. How many do I buy?
Each code is good for one week of camp, so we recommend you buy as many as you need for the number of children you have. For example, if you have two children and you want them to attend two weeks each, you would purchase four codes.
Don’t worry if you over-purchase—pre-sale weeks will never lose their value!
Is this pre-season discount combinable with any other discounts?
No, these codes will not combine with any other Galileo discounts including any coupons or sales.
Purchase value of pre-sale weeks does not expire. 2022 locations and camp session dates, and curriculum are subject to change in 2023. We cannot guarantee first-choice of camp dates or locations after the exclusive pre-sale registration period closes. Once you’ve scheduled specific camp sessions, Galileo’s standard transfer, cancellation and refund policies apply.
Once you’ve purchased your 2023 camp weeks we’ll email you a unique redemption code. Use it during your exclusive registration period, December 5 – December 11, 2022, to get your first choice of dates, locations, and curriculum. Change your mind? No problem—you can cancel unused codes any time before March 31, 2022. Please note, once you’ve scheduled your weeks, our standard transfer and refund policies apply.
This discount is a flat rate per week of camp and is not combinable with any other discount or promotion.
