What exactly am I buying?You’re pre-purchasing camp weeks during an exclusive Early Enrollment period at our lowest price for summer 2027 and access other benefits like a multi-child discount ($25 off after your first week purchased. This can be applied to multiple siblings, unlike during the regular season when the $25 discount only applies to additional weeks for one camper). When enrollment opens in December 2026, you’ll use your unique Early Enrollment code(s) to book specific camp locations, sessions and dates.

When do I choose my sessions?After you purchase your Early Enrollment sessions, you’ll receive a confirmation email with unique code(s) that you’ll use to book your specific camp locations, sessions and dates starting in December 2026.

What if my plans change?You may cancel your Early Enrollment purchase for a full refund through January 31.Beginning February 1, standard Terms of Purchase and cancellation policies apply based on the date of your cancellation, regardless of whether you have redeemed your Early Enrollment codes.

What is the benefit of Early Enrollment and how is it different from Early Bird?Early Enrollment is an exclusive presale that gives families the earliest opportunity to purchase camp at our lowest available price before enrollment opens to the public.Unlike Early Bird, which takes place after camp enrollment opens, Early Enrollment allows families to purchase sessions in advance and then select their preferred camp locations, dates, and weeks when enrollment opens in December.

How many sessions should I purchase?We recommend purchasing the number of camp weeks you expect your family to attend during the upcoming summer. Most Camp Galileo locations offer approximately 6 weeks of camp each summer, though some locations may offer 5 or 7 weeks, so keep that in mind when deciding how many sessions to purchase.If you have multiple campers, consider purchasing enough sessions for all campers in your family.If your plans change (or, if your preferred location operates for fewer weeks than expected), you can request a full refund for any unused Early Enrollment sessions, provided the request is made by January 31.

What if my preferred location isn't available yet?Some camp locations may not be available during the Early Enrollment presale because they are still being finalized.If your preferred location isn't listed yet, you can still purchase Early Enrollment sessions and redeem them for your preferred location, dates, and weeks once enrollment opens in December, provided that location is offered for the upcoming summer and space is available. If the location is not available once enrollment opens, you can refund your Early Enrollment weeks.

What if the camp site hasn't been confirmed in my preferred city?Some Camp Galileo sites are announced later than others while we finalize agreements with our host schools and facilities.If the specific site for your preferred city hasn't been confirmed by January 31, don't worry. You can wait until the site is announced before deciding whether to redeem your Early Enrollment sessions for that location or choose a different Camp Galileo location that works best for your family.Early Enrollment is offered in communities where we plan to hold camp during the upcoming summer. If Galileo ultimately does not offer a camp location within 15 miles of the community you selected, you may transfer your Early Enrollment sessions to another convenient Camp Galileo location at no additional cost or request a full refund to your original method of payment.

Can I roll over my Early Enrollment sessions to a future summer?No. Early Enrollment sessions are valid only for the upcoming camp season and must be redeemed for that summer. Any unused Early Enrollment sessions cannot be rolled over or transferred to a future camp season.
