PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. 1. Eligibility: The Free 2027 Camp Week Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of California, Colorado, Illinois, or Washington who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of Galileo Learning, LLC (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, contractors, and any company affiliated with the Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence and any person living in such a person’s household, whether related or not) of each of the foregoing are not eligible to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. 

2. Promotion Description: The  Promotion  will begin on October 1, 2026 and end on November 29, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) and will  consist  of  a distinct giveaway.  This Giveaway will have  its  own  entry  period  (each,  a  “Giveaway  Entry  Period”),  its own random  drawing  (each,  a “Drawing”), its own prizing (each, a “Prize”), and its own potential winner (each, a “Potential Winner”). 

3. Giveaway Entry Period: Each Giveaway Entry Period will begin on 12:00am PT on October 1, 2026 and end at 11:59pm PT on November 29, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion and each Giveaway. 

4. How To Enter: The method of entry for each Giveaway is the same. Please note that each Giveaway must be entered separately.  Entry into one Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other Giveaway. 

To enter a Giveaway, during the applicable Giveaway Entry Period as outlined in Section 3 above you must complete the following steps:

• Visit https://galileo-camps.com (“Website”)
• Find the Giveaway entry pop-up window
• Enter a valid email address
• Hit submit

Upon completion of the above steps, eligible individuals (“Entrant”) will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the applicable Giveaway. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/PER GIVEAWAY.

By entering the Giveaway, Entrant agrees that Sponsor may contact Entrant via email. Normal Internet access, message, data rates, and usage charges imposed by online or phone services may apply.

Entries must be submitted by Entrant. Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Entrant must complete all required steps to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries or entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address are void and will be disqualified. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used on the Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to Sponsor or forfeit the prize. 

5. Winner Selection and Notifications: One (1) Potential Winner will be selected for each Giveaway. Potential Winners will be selected in a Drawing to be held within 7 days following the end of the applicable Giveaway Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee from among all eligible Entries received during the applicable Giveaway Entry Period. 

Within 7 days following the applicable Giveaway Drawing, Potential Winner will be contacted  via email to the email address used to enter the Giveaway (“Notification”). It is a Potential Winner’s responsibility to monitor his/her email account to see if he/she is a Potential Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify Potential Winners.

The Potential Winner must respond within 72 hours of Notification being sent and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and, except where legally prohibited, a publicity release (collectively “Release”) and return the Release along with any other document Sponsor deems necessary to verify eligibility of Entrant or provide prize (collectively, “Documents”) within five (5) business days of receipt thereof. In the event a Potential Winner (a) chooses not to accept the prize, (b) is not in compliance with these Official Rules, (c) is unable to be notified after reasonable attempts, (d) fails to sign and return the Release or other Documents within the required time period (if applicable), (e) is disqualified for any reason, or (f) if any Notification or other correspondence from Sponsor is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to Potential Winner, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Only one (1) alternate Drawing will be held for each Giveaway, after which any remaining prize will remain un-awarded. 

POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. 

Upon satisfactory completion of the above, and upon verification of eligibility by Sponsor, a Potential Winner will be deemed a “Verified Winner”. 

6. Prizes/ARV/Odds: One (1) Prize will be available to be awarded during each Giveaway. Each Prize will consist of one (1) complimentary week of camp, including morning and afternoon extended care, at one of Camp Galileo’s participating locations for the 2027 summer season. 

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $660. Actual retail price may vary based on Verified Winner’s location. Any difference between ARV and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person / per household. 

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Giveaway Entry Period.

Prizes will be delivered via email as an electronic promotional code that may be redeemed at Website, to the email address provided to Sponsor by Entrant. If a Prize is returned as undeliverable or is unable to be awarded for any reason, the applicable Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any lost, stolen, or corrupted Prizes or components thereof. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitutions or cash redemptions will be made; however, Sponsor reserves the right, as determined in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, for one of equal or greater monetary value if the advertised Prize cannot be awarded for any reason.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any advertising materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details are subject to change, and Sponsor will provide Entrants with reasonable notice of any change to the prize details. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

7. Prize Restrictions: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein shall be the sole responsibility of Verified Winner. If required by law, Verified Winners may be required to complete a W9 form to receive his/her Prize, and depending on the value of the Prize, a 1099-MISC may be issued by Sponsor for the fair market value of the Prize. Any Giveaway Winner who fails to provide information sufficient to complete Form 1099-MISC (if required) shall forfeit any and all rights to the applicable Prize.

8. PRIVACY: Entrant information collected in connection with this Promotion may be used to execute the Giveaway (including Prize fulfillment) and may be used by Sponsor in sending future promotional communications. 9. General: Participation in the Promotion and each Giveaway constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt of same by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

10. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION OR ANY INDIVIDUAL GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of this Promotion, or in the announcement of Verified Winners and Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any website used in connection with, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion or any Giveaway is not capable of running as planned (including without limitation, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that is unanticipated or beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion) Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) cancel, modify, or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the Prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.

11. Limitation of Liability; Publicity; Releases. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR, THE PROMOTION ENTITIES AND ITS/THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION CONSTITUTES VERIFIED WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), AND THE RELEASED PARTIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLD WIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, AT ANY TIME, THE VERIFIED WINNER’S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE DEEMED TO OBLIGATE SPONSOR TO MAKE USE OF ANY OF THE RIGHTS GRANTED HEREIN AND VERIFIED WINNERS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INSPECT OR APPROVE ANY SUCH USE OF ANY AND EVERY NATURE AND KIND. 

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 12. Disputes. All disputes, claims, and causes of action at law or in equity (individually, “Claim”) arising out of or relating to this Promotion, the meaning or interpretation of the Official Rules, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved by applying the laws of the state of California, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in the state or federal courts within that state. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and, by entering, Entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
