What is your hiring process? How are staff vetted?

All Camp Galileo staff members complete applications, interviews, reference checks and criminal background checks. Our camp leaders go through an even more extensive screening process. We require multiple hours of staff training before camp begins and provide ongoing supervision and coaching throughout the summer.
