Our scholarship application requires that you submit proof of income. We currently accept the following forms: Pay stub, Tax returns, W2 form, 1099 form, TANF or SNAP benefits, or letter from an employer. Please make sure that the submitted form is in one of the following formats: pdf, jpeg, png, doc, docx, jpg.
