We communicate with the Primary Account Holder listed on your camper’s account for all enrollment confirmations and any modifications to registered sessions, and will also send relevant camper experience messages to any secondary parents or guardians the Primary Account Holder designates in their contact information. The Primary Account Holder is responsible for adding and updating these details. Parents and guardians are responsible for sharing information with one another as needed. Galileo is not able to mediate custody or parental disputes and will follow the direction of the Primary Account Holder for enrollment, authorized pick-ups, schedule changes, and account decisions, unless a valid court order states otherwise.
