Camp Galileo Early Enrollment (“Presale”) Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I purchase early enrollment during the Galileo Presale?

Open exclusively to families who attended Camp Galileo this past summer, the Galileo Presale lets you purchase camp enrollment weeks for next year to lock in another summer of innovation, friendship and fun, PLUS:

• Best prices: At over $100 off per week (based on 2024 pricing), Presale pricing is guaranteed to be the lowest of the season. And when you buy more, you can save more: $25 off every week after the first and an additional $100 off when you purchase six weeks or more.
• First choice of dates and locations: Early enrollment purchasers get first pick of Camp Galileo dates and locations during our Priority Enrollment Period, before we open enrollment to the general public—and before waitlists start forming.
• Risk Free: Early enrollments are fully refundable until January 31, 2024.

How long is early enrollment available?

Early enrollment for 2024 summer camp runs from August 10–31, 2023.

What is included with my early enrollment purchase?

You’ll lock in unbelievable camp prices for your 2024 camp weeks and get to schedule those weeks before everyone else! That means you’ll have your first choice of dates, locations and projects before waitlists start to form.

Early enrollment is valid for Summer 2024 camp sessions only. You’ll have the opportunity to add morning and afternoon extended care when you enroll for an additional fee, or at a later date, subject to availability. When it comes time to select your date(s) and location(s), an additional supply and materials fee may be required for certain Meteor age group camp sessions. Specifically, we will be bringing back the famous Galileo Go Karts in 2024(!), and anticipate that additional fees will be required for Go Kart weeks due to the nature and quantity of materials used.

Am I able to pay over time during the Galileo Presale?

Yes! We are happy to offer our Pay Over Time plan for early enrollment purchases of $1,200 or more in the same transaction. Just select the Pay Over Time option at checkout and spread out your purchase over four payments.

• 25% of your total will be due at the time of purchase, and the rest over three equal, interest-free monthly payments.
• Payments will be collected on the 15th of each month.
• After 3 unsuccessful payment attempts, your purchase will be canceled.

Can I purchase extended care during the Galileo Presale?

Yes, you can add AM, PM, or both AM and PM extended care to your early enrollment purchase. If you’re not sure yet whether you’ll need extended care next summer, you can easily add it to your purchase later on.

When can I select my week(s) and location(s) if I purchase camp weeks during Presale?

Once you purchase your early enrollment weeks, you’ll get a confirmation email and your purchase(s) will be viewable on your Galileo account page. When Priority Enrollment opens, we’ll let you know it’s time to schedule your camp weeks and provide instructions on how to lock in your choices.

Presale customers get exclusive access to select their camp sessions ahead of everyone else during our Priority Enrollment Period. During Priority Enrollment, you’ll get a sneak peek at what’s in store for 2024 and the opportunity to lock in your first-choice camp dates and locations.

After Priority Enrollment ends, you can still select camp sessions at any time throughout the 2024 camp season, subject to availability. At many locations, waitlists form quickly, so we suggest you act fast.

Can I sign up for specific dates and locations when I enroll early during the Presale?

Not yet. You can buy (and save on!) next summer’s camp weeks through August 31, 2023, but you’ll choose your camp dates and locations during our Priority Enrollment period. We’ll provide more information about Priority Enrollment timing later this year.

We’re currently working to confirm our 2024 camp locations and will share those details as soon as they are available–we plan to have options for all of the communities we served in 2023. However, if you can’t find a location that works for you, you may cancel for a full refund by January 31, or at any point if there is not a location within 10 miles of the preferred community you indicate during your early enrollment purchase.

What are your policies on cancellations, transfers and refunds?

Families that have purchased early enrollment weeks can use them for any session during the 2024 camp season. For early enrollment customers only, you may cancel for a full refund any time until January 31, 2024, no questions asked. Starting in February, our standard transfer and cancellation policies apply. I have multiple kids. How many weeks should I buy?

We recommend you buy enough weeks for all the kids you want to attend camp for the number of weeks each one will attend. For example, if you have two kids and want them to attend four weeks each, you would purchase eight weeks of camp (and receive $275 in additional multi-week discounts!).

Is early enrollment pricing combinable with any other discounts?

During the Galileo Presale, you’ll get our absolute BEST DEAL OF THE YEAR–$100 or more per week off our 2024 camp session prices. Even better, we are now offering our Multi-Session discount during the Presale for the first time ever! The Multi-Week Discount gives you $25 off every week after your first, and an additional $100 off your total when you purchase six weeks or more!

With such amazing deals on offer, early enrollments are not eligible for or combinable with any other Galileo discounts.
