Check-In & Check-Out Instructions

During your check-in window:

• Monday, please plan to park and walk your camper to the check-in table at the school’s entrance (at the south drop-off loop).
• Tuesday-Friday, we will offer curbside drop-off. Simply pull into the south drop-off loop, and a Galileo staffer will greet your camper and guide them into camp. If you need extra time to get out of your car for any reason, please park on the street and walk up.

During your check-out window:

• Park, enter through the camp entrance (at the south loop), and follow signs/staff directing you where to check out your camper.

Check-In & Check-Out Timing

For safety reasons and in order to maintain appropriate distancing, Check-In and Check-Out will be staggered. Families will check in/out during their assigned window, according to their last name. We ask that families adhere as much as possible to their Check-In window. *If you are responsible for multiple campers in different windows, please use the earlier window to drop off and pick up all campers if possible.

We require a parent or guardian to Check-in with campers on Monday. Shortly after Monday morning Check-in, you will receive an email detailing what to expect in the week ahead.

Tuesday-Friday, check-in will be from 8:45-9 and we will offer curbside drop off at all camps

Should you need to park, street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please be mindful of any posted parking signs/restrictions. Please do not park in the south loop where the camp entrance is located.
