As a Camp Director, you’re at the center of your own buzzing hive of innovation, hiring your staff, managing their professional development, overseeing camp operations, building relationships with parents and members of the community, and inspiring campers from preschool to middle school to explore and fail without fear. OUR HIRING CYCLE
We’re always looking for great Camp Director candidates and accept applications year-round. To ensure a mutual fit, we’ve designed the interview process to be both thoughtful and conversational. We start interviewing as early as mid-spring for the following year, and Camp Directors hit the ground running when the season launches in January. Positions fill on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the better your chances of finding a location fit.
YOUR SUPPORT TEAM
Through a meticulously crafted training program that meets people where they are, already-great leaders become excellent program directors. We offer abundant support and coaching from experienced educators and also pay well—you’ll earn $10,000 – $14,000 in your first year, with 20%-40% increases in subsequent years.
